The Le terrazze Residence is a modern structure situated in a very pleasant position. It is within a walking distance by the beautiful and famous beach of Follonica town charactherised by the white sand. It is a free beach, you do not have to pay anything to stay and join the sea.

In the close walking area there are many kind of shops where you can buy whatever you want. On the other side of the road there is a green area with a big park where you can have relax and spend a plesant afternoon.
